John Christie (JP) has 30-years’ experience investigation WHS incidents, and 13-years’ experience as a former WA Police Officer, attached to the Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).

John is an Advanced Lead TapRoot Investigator.

As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS), John is accepted nationally as an Expert Court Witness.

Yulia Christie is an experienced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practitioner, who is a Lead ICAM Investigator.
